According to NALP's recently released 2023 Report on Diversity in U.S. Law Firms, now over 50% of law firm associates are women. This “fragile progress” according to NALP marks what we hope is the beginning of a long overdue shift in the legal landscape towards increasing diversity and representation within our profession.   At SRD, we're proud to be part of the progress and transformation of the practice of law.
