✨Broker Spotlight✨ Stewart Preston hails from Knoxville, Tennessee. He began his academic journey at the University of Georgia (UGA), initially majoring in Finance. His interest in real estate sparked after taking a college course on the subject, leading him to pursue a double major in Finance and Real Estate. During his time in college, Stewart gained practical experience by working at Austin Sumner Properties in Athens, GA. In June 2021, he started an internship at SRS Real Estate Partners, which paved the way for his career. By January 2022, he advanced to an Associate position at SRS, and his dedication and talent earned him a promotion to Senior Associate. In 2024, Stewart was honored as one of SRS Real Estate Partners' “Rising Stars” ✨at their annual Summit meeting. Stewart specializes in Tenant Representation, Developer and Landlord Leasing, and Disposition. Outside of his professional endeavors, he enjoys golfing, fly fishing, and attending live music events. Stewart is a dedicated and valued broker in our office. We wish him continued success in his journey and eagerly anticipate following his career progression.
