We are pleased to welcome Richard Stevenson (a fellow Aussie!) to the St. Bourke team as Senior Vice President – Development. Richard holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Tech, and Bachelors in both engineering and commerce from University of Western Australia. Richard began his land development career in Australia and continued to expand his experience in the U.S. He has leveraged his foundation in civil engineering to design commercial, single-family and multi-family residential projects. With his valuable global experience, Richard will be instrumental in driving the execution of Drapac’s asset strategy plans, achieving land entitlements, and securing land development permits.
