    ST Search was delighted to assist Virginia Academy in securing their next Athletic Director, Charles Brent Kreid. Brent joins Virginia Academy with extensive experience in PK-12 education and athletic administration. He most recently served as the Inaugural Assistant Principal at Legacy Middle School (Franklin, TN). Prior to this tenure, he served as Athletic Director at Hillsboro Elementary & Middle School (Franklin, TN). In addition to his administrative leadership, Brent has a rich background in coaching, spanning multiple sports, including basketball, baseball, softball, football, and golf. He has coached at various levels, from youth travel teams to high school varsity programs, demonstrating a commitment to developing student-athletes' skills and character. Wayne joins FCS from Vero Beach, FL, where he has served as Head of School at Master's Academy since 2013.     ST Search was delighted to assist Francis W. Parker School (Chicago, IL) in securing their next Director of Athletics, Nick Kocsis. Nick is a seasoned educational leader with over 20 years of experience in fostering a culture of excellence within schools. Most recently, he spent 13 years as the Director of Athletics at the University of Detroit Jesuit High School & Academy, leading the resurgence of the athletics program to its most successful decade in the school's history. Under his leadership, the school earned the Detroit Catholic League Athletic Program of the Year award in 2016, and Nick was honored as the Detroit Catholic League Athletic Director of the Year in 2017 and the MIAAA Regional Athletic Director of the Year in 2020. He taught social studies in the public school system for a decade and brings over 10 years of coaching experience across a range of sports, including football, track and field, softball, baseball, and golf.
