At Stahl, we’re listening to our team’s feedback and taking steps to improve communication. Following the Marmon Holdings, Inc. Engagement survey, we’ve installed two TVs throughout the facility, with plans for four more by the end of the year. These screens will rotate key updates, department initiatives, and events to keep our employees well-informed and engaged. This is just one of the ways we’re investing in a more connected and informed team.

We gathered today for our annual hog roast, where the leadership team served up a delicious pulled pork lunch to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our entire team. 🐷🍽️ Along with great food, we had a raffle with some exciting prizes, including awesome gift bags and even an iPad! 🎁📱 President Mike Stuckey also shared updates on new improvement initiatives, keeping us all inspired and motivated for what's ahead.
