Stanford Medicine | Planning, Design + Construction (PD+C) team received substantial completion for the IRCT2 project, located on the second floor at 300 Pasteur Drive. The before-and-after photo illustrates how the project transformed 750 sq ft of office and storage space into a state-of-the-art procedure room equipped with the latest computed tomography (CT) scanner. This project is part of a series of ongoing projects that PD+C are delivering for the interventional platform at 300 Pasteur Drive. The project includes adding two new 36-bed patient wings and tenant renovations to the Pod-E inpatient wing to convert semi-private rooms into 60 single-bed patient rooms. The completion of multi-disciplinary clinics renovations at W. Las Positas Blvd, led by Stanford Medicine | Planning, Design + Construction (PD+C), advances leading-edge clinical care programs for the Tri-Valley community. Completed renovations expand Infectious Diseases, Interventional Radiology, and Immunology/Rheumatology specialties in Suite 210, while increasing General Surgery and Bariatrics in Suite 260. Stanford Medicine | Planning, Design + Construction (PD+C) is excited to announce the completion of the ED Patient Care Space project at the 300 Pasteur Drive inpatient facility. The expanded unit now features 17 treatment bays, 2 nurse stations, a telehealth private room, and offices to enhance patient care services for the community. The 5,600 sq ft area underwent extensive remodeling, including upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, technology integration, advanced medical equipment, and interior finishes. The project was successfully carried out in collaboration with clinical teams to minimize disruptions to patient care, underscoring the dedication and hard work of the entire project team. In December 2023, Stanford Medicine | Planning, Design + Construction (PD+C) completed the Interior light-duty renovation of existing 300 Pasteur Drive Stanford Hospital Emergency Department (ED) Extension exam room spaces within the currently relocated Blood Draw Lab suite in the Central Core Building.
