🎉 Yesterday’s Día de los Muertos celebration on the Golden Gate Greenway brought our community together in a beautiful display of culture, remembrance, and joy! Hosted by Tenderloin Community Benefit District, Business Services - Workforce Development, a division of OEWD, and Larkin Street Youth Services, the event welcomed guests from across the city to honor tradition and connect. Walk SF, Psych Radio, and St. Boniface Church also supported the event. The day began with a powerful Aztec ceremonial dance and blessing, setting a vibrant tone. Families joined in face painting, crafted their own sugar skulls, and browsed through unique offerings from local food, vintage, and craft vendors. The live music and thrilling lucha libre matches added high energy and excitement that carried us into the evening. To conclude the celebration, the All Saints Day Mass at St. Boniface provided a peaceful and meaningful close to the festivities.
