What a tremendous example of our community working together across multiple sectors and partners to bring forward this important development that will add a beautiful new neighborhood and bring much needed additional housing inventory to our community. We are excited to have been a part of the groundbreaking celebration and can’t wait to watch this fully come to life for our community!
Wello was thrilled to attend and take part in today's groundbreaking ceremony of the City of Green Bay JBS Project! This development includes building a housing subdivision and park as well as an urban farm which Wello will provide strategic planning and programming for! Wello's Food Systems Transformation Manager, Tara Yang, spoke on behalf of Wello to highlight our role. Stay tuned for updates on pop-up events Wello will host in the Imperial Pride neighborhood and how Wello will partner with Green Bay Schools' staff and students to activate the farmable land in this development. Today was a small step in what will be lasting, positive impact on the well-being of residents and our community!

Shoutout to our Diverse Small Business Manager Maria Padilla for sharing her expertise at the Latino Professionals Association of N.E.W. Hybrid Workshop👏!
There’s a strong entrepreneurial spirit within the Latino community and LPA. Several members are full-time entrepreneurs, providing real estate, skincare, counseling, insurance services and more. Other members are considering launching a “small side business” in the future. Therefore our first LPA Hybrid Workshop for Professional members delved into the reasons and mechanics involved in creating a business in Wisconsin. We want to express our appreciation to both Maria Padilla and Brian Cullen for sharing their insights and expertise in this informative and fun workshop; also to members who attended in-person or virtually. We’re looking forward to continuing to serve our members and the region.

🌟Business Tour Tuesday🌟 Two locally owned companies that bring a long history of evolution and growth in our community, came together and are part of the Precision Roll Solutions brand of companies. Industrial Engraving and Green Bay Embossing collectively have 100 years of experience serving customers locally, nationally and around the globe. We had the opportunity to spend some time with the folks at Industrial Engraving, located in Pulaski, WI where they serve customers in the paper and tissue, and other industries and creating precision and engraved steel rolls. The rich history and long ties in the role this company plays in our supply chain here is impressive. Thank you for the tour and sharing your story with us! #greenbaymade #economicdevelopment Steve Jossart | Matt Geenen, MBA | Lisa Jossart
