In observance of Cabrini Day, many State of Colorado offices will be closed on Monday, Oct. 7, 2024, to honor Frances Xavier Cabrini. Colorado’s Cabrini Day commemorates the compassionate humanitarian who devoted her life to helping communities and those less fortunate, inspiring many organizations and individuals to give back. This day is also the first paid State holiday in the nation that recognizes a woman. As we observe this day, we encourage everyone to celebrate unity and practice kindness within the Coloradan community. Learn more about this special State holiday at cabriniday.com
