Nouphay Kongphongmany is a woman of deep faith, a devoted wife, and proud mother of two. Originally from Laos, she spent the majority of her life in Louisiana, where her State Farm story began. “During a visit to his longtime State Farm independent contractor agent, my father was asked if he knew anyone who was bilingual in English and Laotian. This opportunity seemed like fate – more than just a job, it felt like an opened door to something greater.” As an agent team member, Nouphay worked as a receptionist and office manager before establishing her own State Farm agent office. “Being an agent is more than just a business; it's a calling. I find fulfillment in my work that goes beyond financial success. This month, we celebrate the one-year anniversary of State Farm independent contractor agent Jessica Romero’s office in Albuquerque, New Mexico! “As the daughter and only child of Mexican immigrants, I carry the legacy of their sacrifices, which opened doors that would have otherwise remained closed to me. Kari Klien began her State Farm career when she landed her dream job at corporate, before discovering her passion for the independent contractor agent opportunity. "This was the moment I thought my life was perfect! I was newly married, had the career of my dreams, and planned to remain at corporate until retirement.
