In what could be one of our favorite and most meaningful projects of 2024, Stonefield Engineering & Design provided traffic engineering services on this project for the Hoboken Community Center Food Pantry. Designed as an appointment only "client choice" model this new location will continue to combat food insecurity in Hoboken and Hudson County. This is another beautiful nastasi architects building with affordable housing units above the food pantry. Stonefield Engineering & Design provided the traffic engineering testimony associated with this 6-unit 100% affordable housing development in Madison, New Jersey. This site is ideally suited for housing as it is located in the beautiful downtown of Madison and in walking distance to the train station. Stonefield Engineering & Design is super excited to be providing the traffic engineering services for this amazing redevelopment opportunity in Freehold Borough. The project includes 400 new apartments, ground floor retail, 100 municipal parking spaces and the preservation of two historic structures thanks to the thoughtful design of Barton Ross & Partners, LLC Architects and Meridia - Capodagli Property Company. This transformative project includes a plaza that will be right next to the future Bruce Springsteen Story Center and is steps away from the Freehold Borough Bus Station (and one of our favorite pizza places - Federici's). Stonefield was on hand for the 6-hour public information center and is looking forward future presentations before the Borough Council and Planning Board. https://lnkd.in/eRFywHcW

Stonefield Engineering & Design provided the traffic engineering services for yet another housing development in Hillsborough, New Jersey. This one included 88 units for M & M Realty Partners, LLC and unlocked the ability to develop another 188 single family houses in town that was on the Sherman Tract. https://lnkd.in/eUymradi

Really enjoyed working on this project with a great team! Stonefield Engineering provided surveying and civil engineering services for the theater improvements. As someone who has been going to Jones Beach as a kid, it's great to see these upgrades come to fruition.
