Las Vegas, Nevada is home to our newly completed 124,602 SF, 3-story Self Storage facility. The fully conditioned building features 909 storage units, 5 covered loading spaces, and an enclosed 3-car loading area. To keep with the modern aesthetic of Las Vegas architecture, the façade is comprised of a combination of materials, including distinctive midnight and grey block on the first floor and a blend of architectural metal panels with an exterior insulation finishing system across the second and third floors. We are excited to bring this project to completion alongside our valued partner, @Metropolis Development Group. We appreciate the opportunity to build!

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a speculative warehouse renovation project, constructed by our ARCO/Murray Austin team! The newly renovated facility spans 44,584 square feet, including 2,705 square feet of remodeled office space. Our experts successfully executed the design and construction of both exterior and interior enhancements to the warehouse. Key features of the renovation include demolition of a 12,000 square foot office and showroom to make way for the new speculative office space, the construction of a new handicap ramp and entry staircase to ensure ADA compliance, and repainting the exterior & interior tilt walls. These modifications have significantly improved the warehouse’s appeal to prospective tenants.
