This past Saturday morning, Storm Search had the pleasure of being part of NC4K Charity Fashion Show that supports children and their families fighting cancer. What an incredible day!!

⚡ October Employee Spotlight ⚡ Storm Search would like to congratulate Todd (on the 29th) and Michelle (on the 30th) on their work anniversaries this month! ⚡ Todd Schonover (Director, Recruiting Operations) Joined the Storm Search team in 2018. Todd’s educational background in Business Management along with a 15+ year sales career with Cintas, has allowed him to build many strong relationships across the NEO corporate landscape. Todd has a true passion for customer service and brings a positive mindset each and every day to the team setting. His love of sports and passion for winning, has allowed him to adapt to any team environment. Todd has been happily married for 24 years to Brandy and has two children, Noah and Ashton. He enjoys spending free time with his family and working with special needs individuals. ⚡ Michelle Rhoads (Sr. Account Manager/Partner Success Lead) Michelle joined the Storm Search team in 2023. She brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in client relations and partnership building. Her fresh perspective has been instrumental in building the relational side of the Account Management team. Michelle has a very strong work ethic coupled with a desire to help wherever she is able. She strives to always be learning and growing both in a work setting and in her personal life. Michelle loves being active. She plays a lot of competitive volleyball and softball and hikes and explores any chance she has. She also loves to travel and has a long bucket list of destinations she hopes to see one day! In her free time, she also enjoys live music, spending time with family and friends, including her 4 nieces and nephews. Thank you all for your continued commitment to the Storm Search team. ⚡September Employee Spotlight⚡ Storm Search would congratulate Jackie on her 4-year work anniversary on September 21st. ⚡Jackie Collins (Director, Account Management) ⚡ Jackie joined the Storm Search team in 2020. She holds a degree in Health and Sports Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Since 2016, she has been actively engaged in recruitment across diverse industries, effectively helping numerous candidates secure their desired roles. Her primary focus is on establishing connections with candidates, comprehending their interests and goals, and directing them towards a successful future. Jackie loves hanging out with her loved ones, buddies, and furry companions. She’s also a big sports enthusiast and can’t get enough of the beach and all kinds of animals. ⚡August Employee Anniversaries ⚡ ⚡Eric Yurkschatt (Sr. Account Manager) Eric joined Storm Search in 2022. Eric has spent the last 10 years in a manufacturing facility learning the ins and outs of the production world. He brings the knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing space to Storm Search’s manufacturing team. As one of the account managers in manufacturing, he strives to bring this knowledge to the table which will lead to a better understanding of our partner’s needs. He enjoys everything outdoors, Cleveland sports, and family. If he is away from the job, you can find him casting from a shoreline, in a boat, or during the winter months, on the ice! ⚡Rylee Brown (Executive Recruiter) Rylee joined Storm Search in 2023 after graduating from Kent State University with a bachelor's in business administration. She specializes in Manufacturing and Engineering verticals and is passionate about making connections with people. She loves making new memories with her son and watching sports- especially the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Cleveland Guardians, and Browns. ⚡Tom Nagle (Sr. Executive Recruiter) Tom holds a degree in Psychology and School Counseling, which he skillfully integrates into his recruiting work. With over five years of experience in the recruiting business, he leverages his background in counseling to understand and motivate candidates. Tom is a father to his daughter, Jaimie, and a passionate drummer for several local music projects. He loves live music, performing and attending concerts. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking, roller coasters, and exploring nature. Tom is a movie enthusiast and enjoys trying out different restaurants. ⚡Jeane Kline (Operations) Jeane joined the Storm Search team in Fall of 2021 in the Operations Department. She has 30+ years of experience in office management and AP/AR accounting and finance. She appreciates attention to detail and enjoys interaction with clients. She has consulted with many businesses over the years to restructure and improve their office processes. Jeane has 3 grown children and has recently become a grandma –“Noni”– to a beautiful baby girl. She and her husband enjoy road trips and spending time with their family and friends. In addition to a great love of the beach and ocean, she enjoys baseball, gardening, writing, creating, and art. ⚡Adam Spaulding (Recruiting Manager) Adam joined Storm Search in 2022. He has spent the last 3 years recruiting in fast paced, high volume staffing. He enjoys being someone that the team can trust and go to for assistance and prides himself on his ability to build relationships with his colleagues and candidates. He wants to be the best recruiter he can be and help others be successful in the manufacturing industry. Adam is a huge fan of The Ohio State University Buckeyes and Columbus Blue Jackets and can expect him to attend many games during the fall and winter. His goal is to continue pushing towards that #UNIMAGINABLELIFE

⚡July Employee Spotlight⚡ Storm Search would like to congratulate Krijin (on the 24th) and Jared (on the 29th) on their work anniversary this month. ⚡Krijin Phillips (Recruiting Manager) ⚡ Krijn has been in the Recruiting Industry for just under 4 years focusing on Accounting, Finance, and Engineering roles. She was recently promoted to Recruiting Manager this year and is passionate about training and developing others around her. She currently lives in the Westfield, IN with her husband and Goldendoodle. She loves spending time with her friends and family, going to the lake, and travelling to new places. ⚡Jared Greissing (Manager, Research & Technology) ⚡ Jared is a dedicated member of Storm Search since July 2019, where he brings his passion for commitment to his work. He embraces challenges and actively contributes to the team, leveraging his unique perspective and drive to achieve success. Jared loves spending time with his wife, Hope, and son, Brooks. When he's not with family, Jared enjoys nature and outdoor activities like hiking, sports, and exercising. Nick understands the amount of time, effort, and importance in understanding his clients wants/needs and takes pride in ensuring we make the right hire, the first time. He brings passion, determination, and holds our core values as top priority. Nick enjoys spending time with his family and two daughters, traveling, and staying active. ⚡️Amber McBride (Vice President of Recruiting) ⚡ Amber joined Storm Search in 2022 and brings passion, hard work, and dedication to her daily routine. Amber has been recruiting for nearly 5 years, where she has focused on helping her candidates find the right position and the clients top talent. Amber has one daughter. She enjoys traveling, making new memories with her daughter, and playing bingo with her grandma. ⚡️Makayla Knicely (Operations Lead) ⚡ Makayla joined Storm Search in 2021, as a recent high school graduate. Makayla began assisting in numerous roles, providing support in multiple areas of the company. In 2022, Makayla was awarded the position of Operations Lead. Makayla has an admirable work ethic, and she strives to do all she can to ensure the company’s growth and success. Makayla enjoys riding and caring for her horses.
