Imperium Development recently began construction on a new multifamily building in Suwanee, Georgia. The property, to be known as McGinnis Ferry, will feature over 200 housing units, a clubhouse, and a fitness center. StormTrap was chosen to provide an underground detention system as part of the project. See photos below of the large 11’-4” DoubleTrap basin designed in consideration of existing utilities and limited space on-site. The system was installed underneath the parking lot earlier this summer.
