  • It's widely known the success of our US business in our current economy depends on being competitive in global markets. The current level of regulatory compliance that US companies must deal with drives up their operating costs, thereby making them less competitive with companies in countries with significantly fewer regulations. Complying with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements is relatively costly.
