We’re thrilled to share our excitement about the 480 17th St. project in Loring Heights! Once a large parking lot for office buildings along Northside Drive, this site, located just across the railroad tracks from IKEA, has been transformed. Over the past seven years, it has evolved alongside the development of Fuqua Development’s West Midtown Center next door. The vision for UrbA ATL has now come to life with fresh visuals showcasing how residences and retail spaces will beautifully integrate with 17th Street and the adjacent shopping center. We’re particularly proud of the rooftop amenities, which will offer uninterrupted views stretching from south Buckhead to downtown. UrbA ATL will feature 321 luxury apartments and approximately 27,000 square feet dedicated to shops and restaurants.
