SMPA’s Cultural Pillars are: Deliver for Patients, Engage as One Team, Pursue Innovation and Be Nimble and Resilient. Our Culture Team is made up of more than 100 employees. This includes a group of cross functional leaders who make up Cultural Advisory Council advising and driving decisions to align with our mission, vision and values and the Culture Ambassadors who activate initiatives, share feedback, provide a voice of culture and model our cultural pillars and behaviors.
Helping Patients
Life at SMPA means helping patients and doing our best work every day. Our therapies help people afflicted with prostate cancer, overactive bladder, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, seizure control and congenital athymia. This means we make a difference in the lives of adults and children and we are proud of our offerings for rare disease and women’s health. Our R&D teams are working to meet the needs of tomorrow’s patients with products in oncology, regenerative medicine and psychiatry.
