Summit Real Estate Group’s Arrowrock US Industrial Fund IV is pleased to announce the delivery of Phase I at US-1 North Commerce Center in Youngsville, NC, just north of Raleigh. The 106-acre industrial site was acquired Q4 2022 and is programmed for five buildings in three phases. With its flexible design and an opportunity for outside trailer parking, the park has attracted manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and industrial service companies. Phase I includes two Class A multi-tenant warehouses that were 89% pre-leased at delivery.
