Excited to wrap up construction on Deer Valley Technology Park this fall. This ground-up spec project for Hopewell Development consists of 43,672 square feet of warehouse and office space with a 24-foot clear height.

We broke ground on a new project in Glendale for WorkBay. This project will consist of five buildings totaling 80,062 square feet to be divided into small, private, flexible workspaces suitable for light warehouse, industrial or office use.

We recently celebrated breaking ground on the Cohen Sky Harbor Building for Cohen Asset Management, Inc. This $5.5 million project just west of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a design-build ground-up tilt panel project on 2.3 acres of land that will boast 33,430 square feet of office and warehouse space.
