Sunland Logistics Solutions hosted its 2025 Voice of the Customer event last month kicking off with an engaging panel discussion, “Embracing the A.I. Era: Insights to Help Lead Your Supply Chain & Organization Forward." The discussion focused on the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in supply chains. Experts discussed fundamental AI concepts, security concerns, effective AI applications, and common implementation challenges. The panel highlighted the importance of - Data quality - Employee training - Aligning AI goals with organizational objectives. Attendees learned about leveraging AI for tasks like predictive maintenance and demand forecasting, as well as the need for a holistic approach to AI implementation. Did you know home fires occur more in winter than in any other season? Here are some tips to help you be fire smart while you stay warm this winter: ·     Keep anything that can burn at least 3 feet from any heat source like fireplaces, wood stoves, radiators, or space heaters. ·     Keep portable generators outside away from windows, and as far away from your home as possible. ·     Install and test carbon monoxide alarms at least once a month. ·     Plug only 1 heat-producing appliance (like a space heater) into an electrical outlet at a time. ·     Have a qualified professional clean and inspect your chimney and vents every year. North America; Vicki Peek with Find Great People | FGP; Bill Church with USPS; Marcia Holland with Panasonic North America. Prior to breaking for lunch members from Sunland’s Senior Leadership team shared “What’s New at Sunland?” highlighting innovative developments focused on workforce solutions presented by CEO, Arch Thomason and Shanon Neuman, SPHR; Quality System & Continuous Improvement enhancements with the Sunland Management System presented by Stephen Sargunaraj; and Data Visibility & Analytics presented by VP or IT, Melissa Scott & VP of Solutions & Strategy, Srinivasan Venkatesan. Closing with main event, Sunland President & COO, Hari Sivaprakasam, moderated the 2025 Voice of the Customer Panel where customers answered strategic questions designed to help Sunland’s team gain a deeper understanding about their biggest challenges, their 2025 outlook, and how their 3PLs can best serve as a valuable partner to their organizations. #Sunland2025VOCEvent
