GEODIS' climate commitments approved by the Science Based Targets initiative 🌎 The Science Based Targets initiative (#SBTi) has approved GEODIS' near-term #GHG emission reduction targets, confirming that the Group's strategy is aligned with the Paris Agreement goal. “In receiving this validation, we reaffirm our commitment to meaningful #climate action,” said Marie-Christine Lombard, CEO of #GEODIS. 👉 Key targets, over the period 2022 to 2030: ▪️42% reduction in GHG emissions (Scope 1 & 2) ▪️For scope 3, a reduction of at least 25% in outsourced #freight transport services: An absolute reduction objective for air freight and a reduction of the CO2 emissions per t.km for Road, Ocean and Rail freight.
