Sunstates Security's central regions attended a quarterly leadership meeting that included over 60 team members from various states. During this event, Chrissy Glenn presented on topics such as Situational awareness, Criminal Activity Prevention, and Awareness of Parking Lots. We also had Senior Operations Manager Jason Burton go over lead-by-example skills and share many photos of our team in the field. Bravo to these two Nashville team members who had special shoutouts during the meeting. Site Supervisor Ashley Judge was recognized for an employee referral during the leadership conference. Lots of great stuff coming from our team in New Jersey. Sunstates Security was honored to sponsor the BOMA New Jersey 2024 TOBY Awards Celebration in late October. A doctor at one of our client hospitals in Bowling Green, Ohio, recently sent a letter commending two of our team members for their exceptional care and compassion in assisting a child with special needs. He stated, "It is with pleasure and gratitude that I am reaching out due to the amazing services that two of your security guards exemplified this afternoon and wanted to recognize them for going above and beyond what I would consider their normal duties. I had the wonderful opportunity to witness the handling of a situation that could have been much more difficult, but the two guards, Zach and Chase, handled it with ease and great kindness.  I wanted to take it upon myself to give recognition to these two young men, as I am sure that their services sometimes go unnoticed. It is truly wonderful to know we have security guards here always willing to rise to a challenging situation and handle it with the care needed. I thank them for their services to the hospital campus."
