A native of Mississippi, Caleb comes to SRC from the pulp and paper industry, where he worked for six years in a variety of roles including process engineering, reliability engineer, and operations & maintenance coordinator, among others. Caleb said SRC’s positive work culture and values were a primary reason for him joining the team, as was the opportunity to work on interesting projects that allow him to better tap into his passion for heat transfer. When he’s not at work, Caleb enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and enjoying the outdoors with hobbies like camping, grilling, and traveling to music festivals. Welcome to the team, Caleb!

Last week, Super Radiator Coils celebrated a major milestone for one of our employees at our Richmond, Virginia Division. Sales account specialist Sandy Schooley celebrated her 40th anniversary with the company and got a special orange parking space sign to mark the occasion! Sandy’s a staple of our Richmond operation, and one of six employees whose tenures span the entire history of SRC’s current ownership. We’re lucky to have had her around since 1984. Super Radiator Coils is excited to announce the recent hiring of Mack Frere for the position of Sales Application Engineer at our Phoenix Division! Originally from Ontario, Mack has spent the last four years in various mechanical engineering roles in the HVAC design industry, the first three of which he spent in Canada before moving to the Phoenix area in 2023. Mack said his decision to join the SRC team came down to company culture, noting the positive interactions during his interview process as evidence of SRC’s commitment to its values. He also said he was looking for a role that would provide him with an opportunity to grow his skills and career. When he’s not at work, Mack enjoys staying active with sports like hockey and volleyball, learning new things whenever he can, and spending time with friends and family. Welcome to the team, Mack!

A native of the Richmond area, Reynolds recently graduated from the Virginia Military Institute before joining the SRC team. Reynolds said he decided to work for SRC because of the friendly atmosphere he felt during his interview process and the positive work culture he observed. When he's not at work, Reynolds likes to spend his time outdoors whenever possible, doing things like camping hiking, fishing, and rock climbing. Welcome to the team, Reynolds!

Super Radiator Coils is excited to announce the recent hiring of Michael Rademacher for the position of manufacturing engineer at our Richmond, Virginia Division! A native of Richmond, Michael served as an electrician's mate in the US Navy for six years before entering the manufacturing industry. After holding an internship at SRC last summer, Michael signed on full-time last month after completing his B.S. in electrical engineering at VCU. Michael said he decided to join the SRC team for the opportunity to work with talented professionals, work on challenging projects, and make a contribution to the company’s overall success. When he’s not at work, Michael enjoys cooking, gardening, and working on projects in his workshop at home. Welcome to the team, Michael!
