83% of creatives are already using AI, but only 14% of companies feel ready to adopt it. That's a 69% gap we're closing with Superside's guide to AI adoption—the no-nonsense playbook for turning AI into real business impact. This isn't just another AI manual. It's 2 years of hands-on experience, 1,200+ AI-enhanced projects, and 60,000 saved design hours distilled into actionable insights. Here's what sets our guide apart: 1. People-First Approach: We focus on the human side of AI adoption. Because the smartest AI is useless if your team can't leverage it effectively. 2. AI Readiness Quiz: Quickly assess where you stand and identify your next strategic moves. 3. Practical Strategies: Learn how to enhance skills, streamline workflows, and push creative boundaries with AI. We created this guide because we've seen too many companies invest in AI without a clear path to implementation.  Our team has done the heavy lifting, made the mistakes, and now we're sharing the winning strategies. Why reinvent the wheel when you can benefit from our experience? Check out the guide here: https://lnkd.in/gimDsZ9E

The AI skills gap is real—over 70% of companies struggle to find AI talent. Here are 7 ways you can overcome the AI talent shortage: 1. Know Your Needs Understanding how AI fits into your business is crucial. We regularly assess our organizational needs for AI-enhanced creative projects. This is why we created unique roles like Creative Technologists and AI Creative. 2. Get Creative with Sourcing Look beyond obvious sources like LinkedIn. We build extensive market resources to understand where AI talent exists, from schools with AI programs to companies developing AI teams. Oh, and don't forget to tap into your existing AI experts for referrals. 3. Stay Flexible The AI field is moving fast. Adapt your hiring process to balance potential with hard skills, and be ready to update your assessments as the landscape changes. 4. Look Beyond Hard Skills Focus on how candidates approach problems, not just their ability to find the "right" answer. Understand how they integrate AI into their work and what drives their interest in the field. 5. Sell Your Projects Keep candidates excited by showcasing your AI projects, introducing them to your top talent, and highlighting opportunities for learning and growth within your organization. 6. Offer Real Growth Our commitment to continuous learning isn't just talk. We offer workshops, mentorship programs, and access to the latest AI research and tools. 7. Upskill Your Team Don't just look externally. Implement robust AI training programs for your existing workforce to stay ahead in the AI landscape and reinforce your talent pool from within. The key is adaptability. By continuously refining your approach, you can build a strong AI-powered workforce that drives innovation and delivers exceptional value. How is your company tackling the AI talent shortage?

Nike's new Olympic Games typeface is pushing the boundaries of sports design. Crafted by Pizza Typefaces, this font is a creative solution to a unique challenge: How do you create lettering that looks striking on high-performance athlete kits and fan merchandise, while still embodying the Olympic spirit? The designers drew inspiration from Futura but gave it an athletic twist. The letters have a subtle roundness, reminiscent of toned muscles and the iconic Olympic rings. But what really sets this typeface apart is its versatility. As a variable font, it can adapt to different contexts, much like athletes adjusting their performance to various events. Look closely and you'll notice how the curves intersect and the letter ends twist. This isn't just for show—it allows the font to shift between different states, creating a sense of movement and energy. It's a nod to the fluidity of Olympic sports. What's particularly impressive is how this typeface balances seemingly contradictory qualities. It manages to look solid yet flexible, powerful yet agile. It's a visual representation of the athletes themselves. This approach to typography goes beyond mere lettering. It's about creating a visual language that communicates the values and excitement of the Olympic Games across all platforms. What are your thoughts on this approach to sports typography?
