T&M’s Philadelphia office assembled and donated 48 backpacks filled with school supplies to The Salvation Army Greater Philadelphia, which will distribute them to those in need for the upcoming school year. #volunteer #schoolsupplydrive

Nate Assenheimer, Andrew Schmude, and Ellie Kern from our Columbus office volunteered at the Columbus Recreation and Parks Department Go Green event last month. They hosted an activity with different filter media examples and taught 500 children about what they are used for in water treatment.

Last week, T&M Foundation members in the Irvine, CA office hosted a successful volunteer event, where the team assembled and donated 150 Hygiene Kits to Orange County United Way, supporting local neighbors in need. This initiative showcased the Foundation’s dedication to community service and making a positive impact.

The T&M Foundation donated laptops to Habcore Inc in support of their mission to provide permanent housing and individualized support, help homeless families, veterans, and individuals with special needs move through crisis to stability, giving them the opportunity to improve their lives.

T&M’s Philadelphia office hosted two students from Freire Charter School for their Summer Experienceship Project. The students participated in a resume building workshop and learned about grading plans, water filtration systems, FEMA, and different engineering disciplines including, site development, water, transportation, GIS, and structural.

In honor of #PrideMonth, T&M’s NextGen D&I Committee and T&M Associates Foundation Foundation conducted a Pride Month T&M Mug Fundraiser featuring our rainbow logo. Our employees raised $485 from this fundraiser, with proceeds going toward oSTEM (Out in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, Inc.). Out in Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics (oSTEM) is a 501(c)3 non-profit professional association and is the largest chapter-based organization focused on LGBTQ+ people in STEM.
