The Systems Alignment Innovation Hub (SAIH) is a relatively new project at Technical Assistance Collaborative, Inc., and it's a live one! Free tools and deep discussions on issues of #DEI, #racialjustice, #healthequity, #livedexperience, & more with powerful, grassroots-level teachers. Dr. LaMont Green, DSW, LSWAIC, Nastacia' M., Lori Pampilo Harris & other superstars are presenters & discussion facilitators on monthly Community Power Network sessions that regularly blow my mind. How can communities with the most relevant experience & insights to save lives tap into the power of research ― and the $$ to scale up their work ― without submitting to the exhausting & often retraumatizing requirements of big players in public health & philanthropy? On the flip side, how can systems with resources to offer ― and a growing awareness of the ways their work has been limited ― transform their models and become true supporters of deep change?
Check out SAIH's latest Community Power Network session! Great conversation about funder-grantee power dynamics, with creative suggestions to prevent retraumatization and frustration for people with lived experience working to get their innovative work funded. #PWLE Systems for Action https://lnkd.in/ejRmX6pZ Vu Le
