Ray Power, CEO of Power Resources International Ltd, discusses the establishment of Rwanda's first industrialized tantalum mine and Africa's first tantalum refinery. As it stands today, they have over 250 full time staff who work in excellent conditions with medical insurance, pensions, and robust labor rights. But beyond that, they have quite a vibrant pastoral side to the business.
