The International Conference on Contract Farming 2024 theme :Revitalising African Agriculture: Time for Bold Action — emphasised on the urgent need for innovative strategies that empower farmers and strengthen agricultural resilience. At Kentegra, we were excited to support this mission through our head of market access and communications, Linda Capwell, who steered the conversation on Maximising Market Access through contract farming. Honoured to have been a panelist at the African Union Development Agency-NEPAD African Agribusiness Accelerators Growth Summit in Nairobi this week. As part of the plenary session, 'Fundraising for Scaling Agribusiness,' I joined fellow industry leaders from across Africa to explore financing strategies and discuss the support available for agribusiness entrepreneurs looking to expand their reach.  I appreciated the opportunity to share perspectives and experience in fundraising at Kentegra Biotechnology Holdings LLC, where the team is committed to advancing initiatives that create positive, scalable, and sustainable impact for #smallholder farmers through the pyrethrum value chain.
