Alexa Buzby has been talking about the impact of #AI curated resumes for months because she *knows* her market. We all know that unpaid #AI generation doesn't produce stellar results when it comes to resume writing. But even paid resume subscriptions are a mixed bag. Some get you to an interview, some don't, most look similar. And overall, only users of a certain socio-economic background, with time on their hands, and some #IT savvy are really able to afford or benefit from these customized resumes. And as Alexa points out, even the "individually curated" paid versions of these resumes are all starting to look the same when she goes through them every day. https://lnkd.in/e8HhPvyB
Are you using #AI Generated #Resume Subscriptions? 💥Newsflash💥 They're all starting to look the same.

This has been in the works for a long time, but the signature makes it official. Most employers (with 25+ employees) will be required to post good faith #salary ranges on job listings in #Massachusetts. If you want to know how this affects your MA based business, we have several years of experience dealing with salary range disclosures across the United States. Contact us @ info@talener.com. https://lnkd.in/eF2vapf4
Salary ranges will now be posted for most Mass. job listings, thanks to new law

Andrew Gallagher knows how to read between the lines. It's how he creates the best client experience. We sat down with Andrew to talk about how his role as a #recruiter and account manager is to anticipate his clients needs before they do. #techrecruiting #staffing https://lnkd.in/eu8gh33u

We asked hiring managers and #TA members to give us their snap judgement about #job seekers using the #OpenToWork options on LinkedIn. Now, we turn to job seekers - do you use the Open to Work options available to you? If not, why?

There has been a lot of discussion around how candidates should present themselves online to employers. LinkedIn offers users the ability to display a public #OpentoWork badge. How do you perceive this badge? Is it a positive way of using your network? Do you scroll on by? Or is it off-putting because that person is likely out of work? Let us know in the comments if you have any experience with this.
