As a continuing care retirement community management company, we encourage people to make the most of the freedom that comes with reaching that six-decade mark. To pursue their passions, deepen their relationships, prioritize their wellness, and move forward together. We bring this philosophy to life at Woodcrest Villa and Trillium Place, the two complementary communities we manage in Lancaster, PA. Woodcrest Villa is our independent living campus—a dynamic 60+ community of more than 700 residents. Woodcrest offers a wide range of spacious villas and modern apartments, with all the convenience of fitness facilities, field-to-table dining, and other outstanding amenities right on campus. Just down the road, Trillium Place® (formerly the Mennonite Home) provides both short-term recovery and longer-term care for residents who need extra physical or cognitive support. In 2023, Trillium Place was named #2 in quality of care across all of Pennsylvania by Newsweek and Statista. As a CCRC, we support our residents in pursuing the healthiest version of life each decade has to offer. Each year at this time, we bring the team together for a picnic. Perfect timing for a fall themed event. Team members from Woodcrest Villa, Trillium Place, and Calvary Homes gathered together to enjoy the beautiful weather and a juicy burger. We must say that Lancaster Burger Co. seems to be a team favorite!

Residents and team members gathered to remember those affected by Alzheimer's at the Lancaster Walk to End Alzheimer's. They each hold up a different purpose flower. Each purpose flowers represents a different meaning. Everyone is walking for someone whether it was a family member, friend, neighbor, or resident affected by the disease but we all are walking for the same purpose. Let’s ‘Serve Together’ to help end Alzheimer’s! #EndAlz #Alzeheimerswalk

This past Friday, team members of Trillium Place enjoyed an ice cream social held on behalf of our Executive Leadership Team. The past few weeks have been filled with resident moves and team member transfers. We all have contributed a key part to being so welcoming and continue to 'Serve Together'! It can never go wrong with soft serve (courtesy of Dale Weaver, Calvary Homes) and yummy toppings to go along with it!

Stronger Together! We recently held an open house to welcome all Calvary Homes residents, their families, and team members. Tours were given throughout Trillium Place and light refreshments were enjoyed prepared by Dining Services. Together we will Serve Together, being one of our Core Values, to continue to provide exceptional care and a great place to work for team members.
