This week is Customer Service Week, where we take a moment to celebrate our talented customer service teams across Customer Experience, Seller Growth & Success, Roca and the Authentication Center! Throughout the rest of the week, we’ll be sharing team member stories, spotlighting some of the incredible people who make TCGplayer so extraordinary. We want to give a huge thank you to our team members who continue to Go Beyond for our customers everyday!

We recently celebrated Collectibles Day at eBay!  This event brought together teams across eBay, TCGplayer (an eBay company) and Goldin as we showcased the magic of the eBay collectibles category. It was a chance to connect with colleagues, have fun playing some of our customers’ favorite games, and demonstrate the tools and technologies we’re developing to support the collectibles community. It’s an exciting time at TCGplayer and I’m confident that, together with our eBay partners, we will continue to establish ourselves as the most trusted partner supporting the collectibles world.

April represents my one year mark at @TCGplayer. It’s been an incredible journey and I’d like to extend my gratitude to the TCGplayer team for their hard work and dedication. Because of their efforts, we entered 2024 as a stronger organization — proving that when we focus on our customers, there's no limit to what we can accomplish. TCGplayers: Thank you for all you do for each other, our company and our customers. I could not be more excited about our future!

Great to be back at the GAMA Expo this year! For me, the highlight is always connecting with our community — hearing feedback directly from sellers, developing new publisher partnerships, meeting fellow enthusiasts and bringing together the awesome TCGplayer team. Special thank you to all those from TCGplayer and eBay who joined me in Louisville and worked behind the scenes to make sure we continue to deliver for our community.
