After earning recognition from APWA, it has now won the Pile Driving Award for Marine Projects under $5 Million! 🏆🌊 ANCHOR provided Construction Management Services led by Construction Manager Natasha Ikponmwonba, PE, MBA, PMP and Erin Hanigan Contract/Client Manager. This project featured a highly-skilled team with many women leaders from all stakeholders including Power Engineering Construction Co. The project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget, reflecting the dedication and teamwork of everyone involved. The ANCHOR Team attended the City of Berkeley's Ribbon Cutting Celebration for the Waterfront at the Berkeley Marina on December 1st. The event was a celebration of the work that has been completed at the Marina including the O & K Docks replacement, and the Timber Pile Replacement Project which just wrapped up. ANCHOR was proud to work on these projects with the City of Berkeley as the Construction Manager. Congratulations to the City's Waterfront Team that put the event together... We had a blast!
