As my summer internship at TeamBuilder as a Product and Analytics Intern comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey I've had over the past few months. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work at such an innovative and fast-paced startup, where I truly got to wear many hats and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. During my time here, I had the privilege of working in sales, business development, marketing, product, and analytics. From organizing and spearheading a marketing video series, conducting market research summaries on benchmark data for B2B vertical SaaS solutions, to diving into comparative data in the ambulatory care space to drive data-driven product decisions, I’ve developed invaluable skills that will serve me throughout my career. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Evan Tsun (Head of Product) Mea Parikh (Head of Business Development and Marketing), David Howard (Founder/CEO), and everyone at TeamBuilder for your guidance, encouragement, and for making this experience so rewarding.
