We are excited to announce the arrival of Chief Probation Officer Pamela Gonzalez effective June 10, 2024. Chief Gonzalez is a long time Tehama County resident and has over twenty-five years of service in law enforcement. She began her career at the Shasta County Sheriff's Office before coming to the Tehama County Probation Department where she worked until 2019. Most recently before returning to our department, she worked for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. She earned a bachelor’s degree in social work and a master's degree in counseling psychology. Chief Gonzalez is passionate about keeping her community safe by collaborating community partners in providing opportunity, rehabilitation, and accountability. #CAprobation
