    We’re proud to share that Tejon Ranch Company has partnered with Dedeaux Properties to develop a state-of-the-art, 510,500-square-foot industrial warehouse at The Tejon Ranch Commerce Center (TRCC). This new facility further solidifies TRCC’s reputation as a critical logistics hub, strategically located at the crossroads of I-5 and Highway 99, with the capability to serve 90% of California consumers within a single day’s truck turn. The project reflects our commitment to growing Tejon’s portfolio of Class-A industrial assets, particularly at a time when we are seeing 100% occupancy across TRCC’s existing industrial space. This project not only drives economic growth for Kern County but also aligns with our long-term vision of sustainable development. Nick brings extensive experience, having previously served as Vice President of Small Business Advocacy at the California Chamber of Commerce and nearly eight years as President & CEO of the Greater Bakersfield Chamber. In his new role, Nick will oversee communications, brand management, government relations, and stakeholder engagement, playing a vital part in Tejon Ranch Co.’s long-term growth strategy. His expertise in natural resources policy and grassroots engagement will be crucial as the company continues to develop its master-planned communities and drive economic growth in Southern California.     "In the second quarter 2024, we continued our strategic efforts to unlock the value of our entitled land assets and grow our diversified cash flow streams for the Company. Terra Vista at Tejon, our first multi-family apartment community located in our Tejon Ranch Commerce Center, has seen significant progress with its development timeline and is expected to have leasable units available in the second quarter of 2025. Ultimately, Terra Vista at Tejon will include up to 495 units, highlighting our commitment to fostering economic growth in our retail and industrial assets, while we address the existing housing needs of the employment base in the region and Tejon Ranch Commerce Center. This is for the current workforce of approximately 5,000 employees and future growth yet to come in the near future.     On Wednesday, August 7th, in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Outlets at Tejon, 10 teachers will be selected by random drawing from the list of nominees and will each receive a $500 Visa gift card from Tejon Ranch to use for stocking their classrooms for the upcoming school year. Nominate a teacher in the Outlets at Tejon Guest Services office or on social media. ⁠ Here are all the details you need to enter: 👇️ Students and parents of all ages are encouraged to nominate a teacher who they wish to support in the Tejon Treats the Teachers Sweepstakes. Nominations are limited to one teacher per person during the promotional period. Nominations can be submitted in person at the Outlets at Tejon’s Guest Services, or by commenting on a post from Tejon Ranch or Outlets at Tejon’s social media accounts regarding “Tejon Treats the Teachers”. Mail in entry forms will also be accepted and are available along with complete rules and details at: https://bit.ly/4d4bifC. The Sweepstakes is open to teachers who’ve been assigned a classroom for the upcoming 2024/2025 school year and will be teaching in Kern or Los Angeles Counties. Posters of the picturesque land of Tejon Ranch will also be available to participants. Everyone who nominates a teacher for the Sweepstakes is encouraged to pick up a poster from the Guest Services office at the Outlets at Tejon between 10am and 5pm daily during the promotional period. The students will then be able to present the posters to their teachers for hanging in the classroom.
