The TerraSource Global Robotic welder (R2) can be seen here welding a 4060 Herringbone roll, Pn E404-0105-000D. This roll consists of 149 welds made from ultra-high strength hard face wire. The job consists of over 10,000 inches of weld which the R2 will complete in roughly 10 hours.
