Our #CVENAgs proudly represented at the Texas Water 2025 conference in Houston! Huge congratulations to Ally Hughes, an undergraduate senior about to graduate, for snagging second prize for her research presentation in the Water Environment Association of Texas (WEAT) University Forum—an impressive feat, especially competing against Ph.D. students! A special shoutout to Nicole Giovannetti, another undergraduate student, for her support. With such talent, the future of water is clear and bright!

Congratulations to Xukai Zhang and Yao Teng Hu for placing 3rd in the ASCE-EMI Structural Health Monitoring for Wind Energy Challenge! Supervised by Dr. Arash Noshadravan of #CVEN, Zhang and Hu had to develop methods to detect three different types of faults on wind turbines accurately and remotely. "We are honored to have placed in the top three among strong international competition," said Zhang. #CVENAgs #WHOOP tx.ag/WeDoWind
