March is just 3 days away. Have you planned anything to honor International Women's Month? In recent years I've had the honor of addressing teams from The Royal Bank of Canada, MarcusThomasLLC Forsman & Bodenfors Droga5 and other companies on subjects ranging from pay equity to unsung heroines in the creative fields. This year I'd love to find a group ready to address the topic of motherhood penalty -- including how it negatively affects all women, not just those with children.
