Congratulations to Izell for reaching the tremendous milestone of one year with The Alinea Group. 🎉 Before Cara, Izell worked multiple jobs that left him unfulfilled in order to provide for his family. At the time, he didn't believe there were any options available for him. He later found Cara through the referral of a friend and took a chance on the program. One year later, he found a job he loves and is able to financially provide for his family.
