Welcome our next Rolodex panelist, Kristin DiQuollo! Kristin currently works as the Supervising Producer on the Fred Rogers Productions' preschool puppet series, Donkey Hodie. Prior to this, she worked as an executive producer and story editor at WNET New York, where she led production of broadcast and digital content for the PBS KIDS series Cyber Chase and spearheaded WNET’s digital platform and accessibility expansions. Additionally, with her experience in using research to inform content development and design, Kristin has worked on several projects investigating learning outcomes from educational media. Her experience also includes working in educational outreach and marketing for the IMAX Corporation, and as an associate editor and projects coordinator for a classroom magazine and website showcasing the works of teenage writers. In addition to developing and overseeing filmmaking programs for youth and adults as the Director of Film Education at WQED Multimedia, Mary Ann also has a freelance career in the wider film production industry. Prior to WQED, Mary Ann studied at Point Park University, where she was recognized as the top graduating senior of the Digital Arts program. Afterwards, she found her way across numerous projects and departments, including working on Adventureland, She’s Out of My League, and serving as the PA state representative and global film tax incentives expert for Entertainment Partners. In addition to taking on the presidency of Women in Film and Media Pittsburgh in 2023, Tracy’s film experience includes co-writing, script supervising, and acting, along with her husband for Silver Spotlight Films, including making features now streamable on Tubi and Amazon Prime. By day, Tracy is a pre-school teacher and runs a before and after-school program for grades K-5. Plus, she frequently appears in Pittsburgh’s musical theater scene, and has a recurring role on local access hosted horror show, Dead and Buried Treasures. Meet our next panelist, Kelly Haddad! Kelly has spent her whole life in the Film Industry. At 13 years old, she officially began working for her family business, Haddad’s Inc. Then, after graduating from Ohio University in 2009, Kelly took her support of the Film Industry on the road, lobbying in Harrisburg and attending Film Tax Credit support events across the state. Now, Kelly is a large contributing factor in establishing a Film Tax Credit Program in Michigan, coordinating meetings with legislators and filmmakers alike to help communicate the positive effect these programs offer.
