Founded in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania in 1967, The Bair Foundation is a non-profit ministry serving children and families. We have provided quality care and services to children, youth, and families through a myriad of effective community-based services. Today, The Bair Foundation provides services in 9 states, including Kentucky, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennesee, Texas and Virginia. Our programs are child-centered, family-focused, strength-based and culturally competent which are making a significant and positive impact on the children and families we serve. We strive to touch lives and create a better future. The Bair Foundation Child & Family Ministries is a 501(c)3 organization and is a member of the Christian Alliance for Orphans and the Council on Accrediation COA.

This month our recruiter, Kaedan Garrison celebrates her one-year anniversary at Bair! In addition to finding new families for our kiddos, Kaedan has helped our treatment coordinators this year. She says she has really loved getting to know all of the families and expanding the community’s knowledge of the Bair Mission.
