Borrowed from our Facebook page and too wonderful not to share here! We are honored that Maggie Luna, JI-RPS chooses to share her testimony and we are so incredibly proud of her! Supporting The Beacon means that we are able to help more people just like Maggie!

We have so many people to thank for making this year's Come to the Table event a success! From the reception and dinner chefs to our event chairs, volunteers and supporters, Thursday, September 19th was a wonderful evening to celebrate Mike Puccio and his upcoming retirement while raising funds for our mission! So proud to have more than 12 board members in attendance including, but not limited to, Bradley Dennison, CFA, CPFA®, CRPC™, Ben Colodney, Fredricka Brecht, Alisa Stamp, Barbara Bushong, Godfrey Grey PE (Texas) Retired, Mike Grimes and Greg Funderburk!

We're so grateful to KPRC for sharing Mr. Jerry's story and how The Beacon helped him along his journey!! Thanks to our supporters and volunteers, The Beacon is able to help more people who come to our organization for services, support and hope.

In the Pro Bono Spotlight column for the July/August issue of the Texas Bar Journal, assistant editor Will Korn spoke to Houston-based attorney Stephanie Marrone about her responsibilities at Beacon Law, the importance of providing legal aid where needed, and the pro bono experiences of her team.
