After watching friends break up long biscotti into pieces, forming an easier shape to enjoy, the idea for the BITES was born! Seven simple ingredients have never tasted this good. Twice-baked, Crispy on the outside with a smooth melt in your mouth texture inside, completely addictive and the perfect treat for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack time! Hand made in our own peanut free facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut. No Soy, Low Sodium, Low Sugar, made with ingredients you know and trust! Distributed Nationwide. The Bites Company is Certified Baystate Organic and Kof K Kosher. We are a Nationally certified Women Business Enterprise by the WBENC. Convenient indulgence without compromise.

    A very productive day with US Foods at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut. 50+ US Foods Sellers & DM’s were able to taste, ask questions and grab samples while planning to promote The Bites Company into their accounts! (also created some delicious pairings of Bites + Gelato Giuliana, so good!) Super excited to be included in the vendor showcase and looking forward to the next meeting!     Imagine you’re at a US Open Tennis Match watching your favorite player, maybe say Kokkinakis… it’s televised and you want something delicious to enjoy with your Lavazza coffee but you can’t possibly stick a long hard log shaped biscotti in your mouth to Bite off a small dainty piece… you’re in public, the camera crew might catch this unruly scene and put you on tv or you might rip your lips on the rough texture - yikes!
