Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations of our diverse amenities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with proven experience in overseeing restaurants, tour operations, and guest services. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations across all business segments: restaurant, airboat tours, bar, and vacation rentals. • Manage and mentor staff across different departments, ensuring top-notch customer service and employee satisfaction. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, streamline operations, and increase profitability. • Coordinate with marketing to promote our services and special events. • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning. • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in tourism-related activities. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with industry software and booking systems.
