(at the Plaza at Enchanted Hills) Coming in Summer 2024, THE BLOCK will be an indoor/outdoor retail and event space, fashioned from repurposed shipping containers. THE BLOCK will bring unique shops, pop-up eateries and food trucks, live music and libations, and so much more. Or, take in the gorgeous New Mexico sunset from our upper deck, THE TOP OF THE BLOCK.

We loved sharing our new space this week with Albuquerque Business First! The perfect event to help kick off our grand opening on September 13!
Earlier this week, we hosted our annual Bridging the Gap event at the soon-to-open venue THE BLOCK PEH in Rio Rancho. The panel brought together Rio Rancho Mayor Gregg Hull, Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller and Santa Fe Mayor Alan Webber for a conversation that centered on regional collaboration and tackling challenges — and opportunities — together. We're just getting started!
Drove a long ways for this yesterday… (really only 20 minutes) It was awesome to see the beginning of Rio Rancho’s newest hotspot THE BLOCK PEH. Even better, witnessing Albuquerque Business First’s second round of Bridging the Gap: a panel discussion on regional economic collaboration featuring the mayors of Rio Rancho, Albuquerque, and Santa Fe. An event like this is, as some would say… iconic. Thank you to ABF for bringing this discussion to the forefront and for coordinating schedules to make it happen. Moderator/Editor-in-Chief Meagan Nichols was fantastic, as always.
