3 hacks (other than God) that took me from broke uni student to 22-yo CEO of a full-service SEO agency managing a team of 6: These may or may not be replicable for you. But they worked for me. Take from this what you will. 1. 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 Not sexy, but saved me money and protected me from → Hot college girls → Weekly dorm parties → Alcohol and weed —distractions that kill entrepreneurial spirit before it can even manifest. I was a bit ashamed at first, but this subsided when I realized most my life would be without my parents anyway. My presence made them happy and they served a reminder for why I was doing this. What's a couple more years? 2. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 Money is directly tied to how much stress you can handle. NO ONE is coming to save you. Friends and family won’t understand. They may even doubt you. On top of that everything is your fault in client's eyes - even mistakes from team members. Stress is constant—so treat it like a muscle to train, not something to overcome. A quote from the Holy Quran sticks with me through ANYTHING: "God will never burden a soul beyond what it can bear" (2:286) Bible has something similar in Corinthians 10:13. Everything happening to you has a divine purpose for your betterment. The very fact that you are going through it means you CAN handle it. Internalize this. Have an unwavering belief in this and there is no eventuality where you lose. 3. 𝗜 𝗴𝗼𝘁 4 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 No matter the industry, there are hyper-successful individuals who took the road before you (sometimes even paved it themselves). So if I could impart ONE piece of advice: Find people who've DONE what you want to do, pay/exchange value for their time, and download all their mistakes, wisdom, and strategies. This is how you speed-run decades of trial and error. This is life's cheat code. For my mission I aligned myself with the following 4 mentors: → Daniel Fazio - Helped me craft my offer, niche down, pricing, build the courage to post online, and just general business acumen. → Andre Haykal Jr - Showed me compassionate and patient leadership and how to manage people effectively, which helped me build a LOYAL team. → Christian Bonnier - Helped me build one of my most profitable client acquisition channels to date – cold email. → Ryan Stewart - Taught me how to run and sell SEO like in the major leagues. And his community is directly responsible for some of my BEST hires. Don't think you know better. Absorb knowledge like a sponge, then apply it ruthlessly or it’s useless. But remember that you can bring a horse to a well but can't force it to drink. Mentors can't save you. I was already making $3-5k/mo BEFORE hiring mentors. I put in reps daily, sought out knowledge myself, and became PRIMED for advice that took me to the next level. Hope this helps - T
