"Don't Do That." I really needed to hear that! The global war on attention is in full swing and, while most of us only focus on fighting it between our children and their devices, we need to focus on how that war is affecting us as adults. Instead of checking devices, "think about where you are going, or what just happened." Remarkable - yet simple - advice. Thank you, Joseph McCormack! Reminded me of the great exchange from Alice in Wonderland: if we don't know where we are going, then any road will get us there.
