The Chef Jeff Project was founded in 2020 with a mission to change the lives of young disadvantaged, and system-impacted men and women in the Las Vegas community. We create work experience and mentorship opportunities for disenfranchised youth, formerly incarcerated individuals, and those seeking a second chance by partnering with individuals, organizations, corporations, and the hospitality industry to empower the youth for success.
