IIMs never sleep! At the Indian Institute of Management (IIMs), there's always hustle and bustle. Whether it's early morning or late night, you'll see driven minds working passionately. This was something, I used to hear from my seniors very frequently, but now I felt this. It's just been 10-12 days being on an IIM campus, and I realize the depth of this sentence. This is because- Around-the-clock learning 🕰 - Our days blend seamlessly into nights. From late-night group discussions to early-morning classes, we have to balance it all without missing deadlines. As deadlines are sacrosanct! Real-world engagement 🌍 - Beyond academics, it is also essential to be involved in internships, case competitions and other industry engagements. The IIM Rigour ♨ - The rigorous schedules and high expectations instil a sense of resilience and adaptability in us. We learn to manage our time, prioritize effectively, and stay focused on our goals, all while maintaining a balance between extracurricular activities and personal well-being. All of a sudden meetings and tasks 📒 - This is the most significant part of IIM life. You'll never know what task is going to be delivered to you the very next moment that too with short deadlines. And you have to complete it within the stipulated time as Deadlines are sacrosanct! What's unbelievable is that you may even receive mails at 2-3 am, expecting you to complete the task by 8 am the very same day. At IIMs, the journey is challenging, yet incredibly rewarding. Here's to the nights that turn into mornings, and the relentless pursuit of excellence that defines the IIM spirit.
