Our founder Jennifer Jackson had the opportunity to discuss inequality in the City of Detroit. What Commonwealth//McCann is empowering their employees to do is incredible. Thank you SHARE Detroit for assembling this panel. Thank you for opening your hearts to hearing stories and offering help. People helping people WILL make a difference 💜🐞
As part of our annual “Day For Meaning,” we were grateful to host and work with our community partners at Picking Up The Pieces, LLC, Coleman A. Young Foundation, The DRE Project, Independence Rides, and SHARE Detroit to address the inequities that exist in Detroit across Housing, Food Security, Transportation, and Education. A very special thanks to Carl W. Wellborn Sr., Jennifer Jackson, Shana White, and Khary K. Turner (pictured in front row, left to right) for the thoughtful and deeply inspiring panel discussion this morning. We encourage everyone to support these non-profit organizations and to remember them on Giving Tuesday, Dec. 3rd. As part of our partnership, McCann Detroit is developing ideas and tactical plans to support their respective missions and, by extension, the Detroit community at large. #DayforMeaning. #McCannDetroit #McCannWorldgroup
